OUR INSTRUCTORS

Our instructors and coaches come from a variety of different backgrounds and each have their own specialty. They are constantly learning and refining their teaching strategies to be able to adapt to each swimmer they work with.

They create a customized plan that is designed to achieve the goals set out in the swim evaluation. Each instructor gets to know every swimmer and builds a relationship that works best for the teaching environment.

NICK R.

Nick founded Blue Ocean Swim Academy with his wife Kaitlyn. We built it to serve clients better not just push them through the same program. Every swimmer is different, and we tailor our lessons to meet their needs.

Nick specializes with swimmers that have interests in competitive swimming and woking with adults that want to learn or improve their swimming.

KAITLYN R.

Kaitlyn was the driving force for starting Blue Ocean Swim Academy and Blue Ocean Aquatics. With more than 10 years experience working in and around the water, she wanted to provide a service that truly stands alone.

Kaitlyn specializes in working with fearful swimmers and swimmers with special needs. She has experience in working with swimmers from every background and comes highly recommended.
